This standard specifies the terms and definitions, type dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of the mine high strength round link chain (hereinafter referred to as the round chain).
This standard is applicable to coal mining scraper conveyor, scraper transfer machine, cantilever roadheader, coal plough, drum shearer and other mechanical leading chain, not for lifting chain and hanging chain.
The mine high strength round link chain is the traction component of coal mine scraper conveyor. Its quality and performance will directly affect the working efficiency of equipment and coal output of coal mine. The mine high strength round link chain is a consumable item, which is easy to wear and damage during use. Once there is fracture, damage will affect work efficiency.
Check the ring chain to ensure the material of the chain, and check each link, focusing on whether there is deformation, corrosion and inner ring wear. If serious wear is found, the relevant tools can be used for measurement. One is to select a section of chain that has not been used and has been worn and pulled up. The second is to measure the sum of the worn chain pitch and the non worn chain pitch, and calculate the average increase proportion of each chain link pitch after wear.
