The driving sprocket is combined with the engine output shaft in the form of splines and fixed with splined baffles or nuts. During disassembly, the small s rocket can be pulled out by removing the cover, chain, spline baffle or fixing nut. When assembling, proceed in reverse order. matters needing attention:

① The driven sprayer shall be provided with anti loosening measures.

② After the driven sprinket is loaded, the rear axle shall be aligned by using the regulator and rear cradle (also known as rear wheel fork) scribe line, which can not only prevent the rear wheel from running off, but also avoid the early wear of the sprinket and the chain.

③ If only one of them is replaced, the wear of both sides will be increased.

④ Due to the high rotating speed and small number of teeth of the active sprocket, it is a normal condition that it is worn faster than the driven wheel under the same conditions.

⑤ Clean and lubricate the drive chain and the drive sprocket regularly to improve its service life.
