Precautions for the galvanized chain

1. Before using the galvanized chain and chain rigging, it is necessary to clear the working load and the range of reach on the label. It is strictly prohibited to overload the chain rigging. The chain rigging can only be used after it is visually inspected to be in conformity with the requirements.

2. In normal use, the hoisting angle is the key to the colored sound load. The hoisting angle shall not be more than 120 degrees, otherwise the chain furniture will be over planted locally.

3. It is forbidden to use irregular connection between the galvanized chain.

4. It is forbidden to hang the planting chain rigging directly on the hook of the crane hook or wrap it on the hook.

5. When the chain sling surrounds the hoisted object, the shuttle angle shall be padded to prevent the ring chain and the hoisted object from being damaged.

6. Temperature has a certain influence on the use of chain rigging.

7. The lifting point of the lifting hook of the lifting machinery shall be on the same plumb line as the lifting weight, so as to make the lifting weight in a stable and balanced state and prevent sliding or overturning during lifting.
